Radon and Water Quality Testing

Costs for radon and water quality tests are as follows:

Radon Air Testing: $135.00

Water Quality Test: $175.00

On average, a three bedroom, 2 bathroom house around 2,000 square feet will cost around $400.00 and will take two to three hours to complete the inspection. Customers will receive a full report emailed within 24 hours of the inspection.

Hours of Operation

Time can be a concern when you have a property transaction on the table. Book an inspection any day of the week. Ideally, appointments are scheduled during daylight hours to ensure all areas of concerns can be seen and evaluated.
